What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your stay:

• Your name and contact details: email address, mobile number and mailing address.
• Your stay details: dates, the number of guests, the site or unit you booked, and any notes you give us.
• Payments. Card details go straight to our card processor. They never touch our computers, and we keep only the last four digits and the card type.

How we use it

We use your information to take and manage your booking, take payment, send you confirmations and trip updates, answer your questions, and meet our tax and legal duties.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

We share it only with the services that help us run your stay, such as our card processor, our email and text providers, and our booking software host. They may use it only to do that job for us. We also share it when the law requires.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we send them as described in our text message terms at /terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will do so unless we must keep it for tax or legal reasons.
